What happens when an evaluation ends early, and what your options are.
An evaluation closes if the daily loss limit or maximum drawdown limit is reached, or if a prohibited trading practice is confirmed. When this happens, the account is marked as unsuccessful and access is removed.
For the full details, see the Forbidden Trading Practices article.
You can purchase a new program from your Client Section at any time. Each order is a fresh, independent start. You can choose a different program type or account size on a new order. There's no restriction on how soon you can try again.
If no trade is placed for 30 consecutive calendar days, an account expires automatically. This applies to both evaluation and Orion Trader Accounts. Contact [email protected] to request a replacement. There is no fee for this, though it is at Orion's discretion.
