My payment failed. What do I do?
Why payments fail and what to do.
Common reasons
- Your bank blocked an international transaction
- Insufficient funds or card limit
- 3D Secure (3DS) verification not completed
- VPN active during checkout. Some processors decline transactions made through a VPN
What to do
- Try a different card or switch to another payment method available at checkout
- Call your bank to authorize the charge, then retry
- Disable any VPN before attempting payment again

A failed payment does not charge your card. Any pending authorization will drop within a few business days. If you see an unexpected charge, contact
