What to do if your reward payment hasn't been processed.
If an approved reward hasn't been processed within 48 hours of approval, you're entitled to 100% of that cycle's reward plus a full return of your program fee. This doesn't happen automatically. You need to contact Orion to claim it.
Email [email protected] with your account ID, the request ID from your Reward Center, and the exact approval timestamp. Orion commits to resolving complaints within 30 calendar days.
